Opening Night sets the tone for the week ahead with an elevated beachfront experience designed to bring the destination to life. Set along the shores of Fort Lauderdale Beach, this open-air celebration blends ocean views, live energy, and immersive moments into one unforgettable evening.

Arrive in Style – Venice of the America Style

A limited number of guests can arrive via Water Taxi, offering a signature South Florida journey along the Intracoastal Waterway before stepping onto the sand.

Advance RSVP is required and capacity is limited.
Departures are available exclusively from stop F4- Omni Hotel / Convention Center (great option for those guests staying along 17^th street.)

Choose your boarding time for the Opening Party: 4, 4:15 or 4:45 p.m. and arrive to Stop F6, across the street from the Opening Party! Return service post party will begin at 6:55 p.m. with the last boat departing at 7:50 p.m.

Opening Night takes place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., timed intentionally to support Broward County’s sea turtle nesting season.

Greater Fort Lauderdale’s beaches are part of a protected coastal ecosystem, and by concluding before full nightfall, we help ensure a safe environment for nesting sea turtles.
