New for 2023-2024 Cruise Season

  • Azamara Onward makes her maiden call on October 21, 2023, after a multi-million-dollar makeover.
  • Celebrity Ascent will be named on December 3, 2023, to begin her inaugural Caribbean season. She is the fourth and largest ship in Celebrity’s Edge class.
  • Crystal Serenity from newly rebranded luxury line Cystal, is anticipated to begin homeporting at Port Everglades in December 2023.
  • Disney Dream will homeport starting November 20, 2023. Port Everglades will be one of only two Disney Cruise Line homeports in the world.
  • Silver Nova this environmentally- friendly luxury ship will make her maiden call on January 4,2024, using liquefied natural gas (LNG) as its main fuel.
  • Sun Princess is scheduled to debut in October 2024 as Princess Cruises’ largest and first LNG-powered ship.
  • Symphony of the Seas will shift to Port Everglades after returning from Europe in November 2023.

  • First U.S. cruise port to resume sailing after a 15-month pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic. First ship to sail in the United States was Celebrity Edge on June 26, 2021.
