As a volunteer, you’ll play a key role in showcasing the best of Greater Fort Lauderdale. Whether you’re greeting attendees, staffing welcome stations, assisting at information desks, or supporting tours, you’ll be part of the magic that makes visitors feel at home.
And the best part? Volunteers who complete two or more shifts will earn exclusive perks!

This is your opportunity to learn about all the exciting new restaurants, hotels, experiences, historical sites and family-friendly locations. Tourism is the number one economic driver for Broward County and this is your chance to see its inner workings during one of the industry’s most prominent trade shows.
You will be the face of the destination, not only to travel advisors and tour operators from around the world, but to every other destination in the United States.

- We want to make sure you get the most of this experience
- We will train you in all the pertinent information; you will become an expert on Greater Fort Lauderdale
- We will make sure you have suitable shifts, parking, snacks and lots of fun
- Virtual information sessions begin in August, followed by fun training sessions with games and incentives from our destination partners
- You will be provided a vest and opportunities to interact with Visit Lauderdale’s tourism executives

- Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – Assist with guest arrivals
- Miami International Airport (MIA) – Assist with guest arrivals
- Broward County Convention Center – Help with guest services
- Area Hotels – Provide hospitality and information

- Greet IPW guests and provide pre-prepared welcome bags
- Assist with directions and destination information
