This continued recognition reflects the remarkable evolution of Greater Fort Lauderdale’s culinary community, building on the momentum established during its debut in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Five standout restaurants in Greater Fort Lauderdale have maintained a spot in the MICHELIN Guide, recognized for their exceptional quality, creativity, and culinary excellence:

 

  • Maintaining One MICHELIN Star
    • Chef’s Counter at MAASS transforms dinner into an immersive culinary performance. With an intimate number of seats surrounding the open kitchen, guests are invited into the heart of the action as Chef David Brito presents Chef Ryan Ratino’s evolving tasting menu. The experience weaves French artistry, Japanese-inspired ingredients and flavors reflective of South Florida’s coastal identity through beautifully plated courses.
  • Maintaining Bib Gourmand
    • Heritage, located in the heart of Greater Fort Lauderdale, delivers elevated Italian dining under the direction of Chef Rino Cerbone.
