5-STAR ANIMAL ENCOUNTER - EVERGLADES HOLIDAY PARK

Experience a once-in-a-lifetime animal encounter in a small, private setting, located at Everglades Holiday Park. Get up-close and personal with some of the most interesting and exciting wildlife! Animals ranging from reptiles to mammals, including everyone’s favorite, “Al” the baby alligator! This exclusive encounter is available for individuals and groups alike. 

The Animal Encounter area is in a closed-off, private section of the park where guests enjoy a relaxed setting with a small group. This way, you can guarantee front row, personal contact with our wildlife and our handlers, who will gladly answer any questions you might have about the animals. Encounter a variation of tortoises, snakes, baby alligators, scorpions, bearded dragons, and others. Expert animal handlers will teach you important and interesting information about these creatures, and give you the opportunity to interact with the animals firsthand.

Due to COVID-19, we have updated our safety procedures at our park concessions to keep our guests and staff members safe. Here are some of the procedures we are following at our park concessions:

• All airboats and rental boats will be cleaned and disinfected after each tour/rental with commercial electrostatic spray disinfectant machines
• All common contact areas will be wiped down continuously during the day
• Plexi-glass screens have been installed to separate guests from staff at cash registers
• We have installed 5 hand washing stations with anti-bacterial soap for our guests to use in and around the park
• Masks will be required for all of our guests and employees alike to ensure everyone’s safety
• Prior to a tour, guests temperatures will be taken by touchless thermometer
• There will be a limited number of passengers on each airboat tour to allow for social distancing. This might mean that fewer options for scheduling of tours are available
• Social distancing rules and standards will apply throughout the park
