Together We Shine Tourism Luncheon

Join us on May 11, 2023, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center for our Together We Shine Tourism Luncheon. Together, we will celebrate National Travel and Tourism Week and everyone in our Greater Fort Lauderdale tourism industry who provides exceptional experiences.

Visit Lauderdale and our Greater Fort Lauderdale tourism industry joins the nation in celebrating National Travel and Tourism Week, an annual tradition to honor the U.S. travel community, now in its 40th year. We are thrilled to host this celebration in our community and also implement The Laudables, an annual awards ceremony honoring some of the excellent service achieved by hospitality workers  – formerly known as the SUNsational Service Courtesy Awards. Nominations closed on January 30, 2023.

The Laudable Rising Star Award – any up-and-coming employees in the hospitality industry

The Laudable Lifetime Achievement Award – the ultimate thank you for one's commitment and service throughout their career in the hospitality industry
