Canine Corner Dog Park

Dog Beach of Hollywood
Located on Hollywood Beach between Pershing & Custer Streets
Fri-Sun 5pm-9pm. The area is 100-yards long. Passes are available on site or at Hollywood Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Office, 1405 S. 28th Avenue. 954-921-3404. Weekend daily pass Residents, $5 per dog, Non-Residents, $10 per dog. Maximum two dogs per pass holder. Dogs must have a current rabies tag. Dogs must be under the control of the owner. Owner responsible for waste cleanup.

Dr. Paul's Pet Care Center Dog Park 
Located off Sportsplex Drive in the Sportsplex Regional Park Complex, between Sample Road and Royal Palm Blvd., east of Sawgrass Expressway in Coral Springs. Sunrise-9pm daily.

Emerald Hills Lakes Park
3901 N. 30th Terrace, Hollywood
This neighborhood park features a side area for small and large dogs as well as a playground, swings, ball field and small basketball court.

Fort Lauderdale's Dog Beach

**North of Sunrise Blvd. Right before the hotels start on the east side of A1A. A stretch of ocean beach beginning at Sunrise and A1A and continuing on for 100 yards to the north. Fri-Sun 7pm-9pm. 5p-9p Sat & Sun only. Permit required $5.30 per visit or $ 21.20 for one year.

Gary B. Jones Park for People and Pups
8101 Southgate Blvd., Tamarac
Northwest corner of University Dr. & Southgate Blvd., directly next to Veteran's Memorial Park.
The park features areas for both large and small dogs, a common area with drinking fountains (for both people and pups), a dog washing area, shelters, pathways, and landscaping.

Golden Isles Park
Egret Dr. and Layne Blvd., Hallandale Beach
A great park for the little ones, it contains a playground, picnic tables, walking trail, basketball court and pavilion. Coming soon for four-legged members of the family: a dog park to be enjoyed by dogs and their humans.

Happy Tails Dog Park at Seminole Park
6600 S.W. 16th St., Plantation
Happy Tails Park is a great new place to walk your dog and meet friends. Located at Seminole Park in the City of Plantation, the park provides five acres dedicated to man's best friend.
 
John Williams Park 
Sheridan Oak Forest, 6101 Sheridan Street, Hollywood
A favorite among scouts, overnight campers, and nature lovers, John Williams Park allows a close encounter with nature while providing passive recreational activities. The park also has playground equipment, a pavilion, a walking path, and restrooms.

Joseph Scavo Park 
900 Three Islands Blvd. Hallandale Beach
Enjoy a stroll on the walking trail at this 7-acre park that also has benches and a playground. This is the perfect park for a picnic.

Oakridge Park
5200 SW 35th Avenue, Hollywood
Features a play area for dogs and their owners. Other enhancements for those who visit the 37-acre site include two covered playgrounds, two pavilions, a walking path, two parking lots and the park is ADA accessible.

Poinciana Neighborhood Dog Park
1301 South 21st Avenue
Known throughout the city by dog owners, Poinciana provides a location to stretch a pet's legs as well as a pleasant spot for two-legged visitors to enjoy a walking path, playground, shoot hoops or enjoy a picnic. It also has beautiful poinciana trees.

Quiet Waters Park
Located at 401 S. Powerline Road between Hillsboro Blvd. and SE 10th Street. (954) 360-1315. 
Basic obedience and flyball classes for dogs offered.

The Riverwalk
Behind Broward Center for the Performing Arts to about 500 East Las Olas Blvd. Daily from sunrise to 2am.

Woodville Dog Park (McNab Dog Park)
1500 S.W. 83rd Ave., North Lauderdale
Located on McNab Road and SW 83rd Avenue, it contains a dog park, nature trail, open green space, and restrooms. Park is open daily from dawn to dusk. This three acre park is a combined educational, natural preserve and dog park.
