Visit Lauderdale’s Group Meetings Incentive Program

Eligible group meetings will receive a cash incentive of up to $3.00 per consumed room night based on the below terms and conditions:
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Cash incentive up to $3.00 per consumed room night, with maximum of $7,000 per event.
  • Must sign a hotel room block agreement with a Broward County Hotel during the current/active VL fiscal year (Oct. 1, 2021-Sept. 30, 2022).  Credit will not be given for past agreements signed prior to the current fiscal year.
  • Applies to event with a minimum of 50 or more peak rooms per night.
  • Applies to events scheduled to occur less than 36 months from the date lead is generated.  
  • Applies to events consumed during the months of June 1 – September 30th.  Excludes Boat Show event dates.
  • Applies to new business only. 
  • Meeting RFP must be submitted through the GFLCVB sales team.
  • Incentives will be paid within 60 days after the event has occurred contingent on Visit Lauderdale and hotel receiving final room night totals and all supporting paperwork required for payment processing.
  • Meeting incentive program cannot be combined with other GFLCVB incentive offers. 

Visit Lauderdale reserves the right to end the incentive program at any time and funds are used on a first come, first serve basis.  We also reserve the right to customize incentives based on business demands.
