TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Group must utilize two or more hotels in Broward County and consume a minimum of 500 guest rooms on peak, and 1,000 or more total to qualify for any possible rental discount.
  • Group must have 2 or more years of established room night pickup history.
  • Applies to events occurring January 2024 and beyond. Blackout dates apply.
  • New sales leads must come through the Visit Lauderdale sales team or via visitlauderdale.com.
  • Subject to availability at the convention center and hotels.
  • Meeting rewards program cannot be combined with other Visit Lauderdale incentive offers. 
  • Discounts only to be applied, after event has occurred and contingent on Visit Lauderdale sales staff receiving final hotel room night pick up reports and all supporting paperwork required for processing the discount.
  • Maximum Room Rental Discount not to exceed $250,000 per event.
  • Visit Lauderdale reserves the right to end this incentive program at any time and this discount fund will be used on a first come, first serve basis.  We also reserve the right to customize incentives based on business demands.
