IPW is coming to Greater Fort Lauderdale May 17 – 21, 2026, and we need 700 enthusiastic volunteers to help make it a success! This premier international travel industry tradeshow brings thousands of global travel professionals together, and you have the chance to be part of the action.

Where Are Volunteers Needed?

•              Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – Assist with guest arrivals

•              Miami International Airport (MIA) – Assist with guest arrivals

•              Broward County Convention Center – Help with guest services

•              Area Hotels – Provide hospitality and information

What Will Volunteers Do?

•              Work 4-hour shifts at designated locations

•              Greet IPW guests and provide pre-prepared welcome bags

•              Assist with directions and destination information

•              Help create an exceptional experience for attendees
