Throughout the weekend, you’ll have a chance to learn more about each nonprofit through dedicated programming, panels, and conversations that highlight their real-world work. The fest will also welcome 100 girls and 100 adult chaperones to attend for free. It’s a reminder about creating a world where every girl believes she can be anything.
Plan Your Trip
With access to a ton of hotels — beachside and in the city — you’ll find the right accommodation for your group. The most convenient is the new Omni Fort Lauderdale, which anchors the Broward County Convention Center, where the event takes place. It sits on a prime waterfront location along the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. You’ll feel at home in one of the dreamy rooms or suites. There are seven dining venues to choose from, along with a full-service Mokara Spa for when you need a reprieve from all the pink.
Additional walkable options include the newly renovated Pier Sixty-Six, a glam coastal retreat with numerous restaurant concepts, including the iconic Pier Top. The 17th-floor outpost is the perfect perch for cocktails, Champagne, and caviar service. Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Lauderdale and Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina are also great spots to call home base.
If you prefer staying beachside, you have the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, complete with a quarter-mile stretch of private beach; B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale, home to the world-famous mermaid shows at The Wreck bar; and Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach, which sits between the Intracoastal and Fort Lauderdale beach. You’ll also be close to Marina Village, the city’s newer open-air entertainment venue, home to three iconic spaces for eating, drinking, and chilling.
